Are you looking for professional attire for an interview or an internship? Well, Bucks CCC’s Business Career Closet offers a broad range of business attire for all students!
The Business Career Closet is “Totally free,” said Greg Luce who is the Dean of the Business, Innovation, and Legal Studies Department.
You can come to the Business Career Closet and be able to find a formal outfit that suits your need all without having to worry about the cost.
The Business Career Closet can be found on floor 4 in Grupp Hall, room 401 where there is a monthly pop-up shop for students to find business attire for interviews and internships.
“Most students come and get an outfit for an interview,” said Greg Luce.
The Career Closet is open to all students at Bucks CCC, and it allows students to “Have at least one professional outfit,” Greg Luce described.
The Business Career closet offers a wide range of business attire in all different sizes and genders. Students can be sure they can find at least one outfit for an interview or internship.
The Business Career Closet has been going on for 2 years now and is funded by the Perkins Grant. “There is a constant need,” Greg Luce described, for business attire. The Career Closet is always looking for donations, as more students find business attire from the Career Closet.
If you have any business attire that you are looking to donate, the Business Career Closet are always taking donations.
“We have received donations from staff and faculty, and Bucks CCC alumni,” said Greg Luce.
If you are wondering what kind of styles they are looking for, they are looking for business attire that is classic, professional clothing. As long as it is not damaged or stained, it will be accepted.
To donate attire, you can drop off professional clothing at the office in the Business, Innovation, and Legal Studies Department or contact [email protected].
In addition to the Career Closet here at Bucks, there is also a Spring Fling pop-up thrift store that the Business, Innovation, and Legal Studies Department holds.
It is for students to shop for some nice clothing pieces. Some of the clothes that are sold at the Spring Fling is the attire the Career Closet received that didn’t meet the requirements they were looking for. Students are welcome to shop and see if there is anything they might like to purchase. The date is TBD. For more information on the Career Closet, contact [email protected].
